Shipped Prints:

When we ship a custom print to you, you simply order, and once it has been delivered, it is ready to hang in a frame of your choice.

 

Fine Art Prints: Our prints are made with love on beautiful fine art matte paper and archival inks, and shipped with care.

Frames: are not included, however we love frames from HomeSense, West Elm, and PotteryBarn.

Delivery: Shipped prints are generally processed (printed) within 1-5 business days. Shipping/delivery itself can then take anywhere from 2-7 business days Pandemics, severe weather, and holiday seasons may delay this by an extra 7-10 days.

Digital Download (Printable Option):

Digital Downloads are a great option for those who want to save on cost, and time.

Delivery of Non-Custom Printables: Cost-effective, with zero-shipping wait times, our non-custom Digital downloads are INSTANTLY sent to you after your purchase. You simply click on the link to download you receive post-purchase via email, save to your computer, and then upload to your favourite online print shop, or print at home.

Do I Need A Dropbox Account to Open my Downloads?
No. For our regular, non-custom printables, you will automatically receive a link to the files for that image that goes directly to our Dropbox account with those specific files and their sizes. No account needed, no password needed!

Do Shipped Prints Come Framed?
No, we do not ship framed prints at this time. We do recommend our favourite stores such as HomeSense, PotteryBarn, and WestElm. However, you can even find some on Amazon, Walmart, and more!

What if I Need a Printable File in a Size you Don't Have?
Just let us know and we will happily add that file size to the Dropbox link as soon as we can!

 

May I Resell Your Artwork, Or Share It?

All artwork is for personal use. Once you have purchased any of our files, you are legally bound by the copyright terms and agreements. Online and personal sharing of these files is strictly prohibited.

Do you Offer Refunds?

Digital Downloads: Because digital files are instantly delivered to you as a customer, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges, as they cannot be returned. If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact us:.

Shipped Prints: Our fine art shipped prints are made to order. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. However, exceptions are made, depending on the issue, such as if the print is damaged in any way. If this is the case, please document the damage, and contact us.
