Fine Art Prints: Our prints are made with love on beautiful fine art matte paper and archival inks, and shipped with care.
Frames: are not included, however we love frames from HomeSense, West Elm, and PotteryBarn.
Delivery: Shipped prints are generally processed (printed) within 1-5 business days. Shipping/delivery itself can then take anywhere from 2-7 business days Pandemics, severe weather, and holiday seasons may delay this by an extra 7-10 days.

Digital Downloads: Because digital files are instantly delivered to you as a customer, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges, as they cannot be returned. If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact us:.
Shipped Prints: Our fine art shipped prints are made to order. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. However, exceptions are made, depending on the issue, such as if the print is damaged in any way. If this is the case, please document the damage, and contact us.
