Canadian Printing & Shipping Info
Canadian prints are shipped locally with love from my printing partner.
Previously, I printed from within my studio, however now that more customers are wanting larger prints, I needed to work with someone that could make these for me. They are also local to my community, and are amazing people, too. If you are local and need some printing done yourself, please check out Extreme Imaging! I trust them completely and they produce such beautiful work on an array of surfaces, such as wood, etc. They can even create puzzles from photos and restore damaged vintage photos.
Prints are packaged with care, & shipped 1-5 days post-purchase with tracking; delivery times will vary upon location.
international Printing & Shipping Info
For international orders, I do my best to focus on quality and speed. Therefore I work with partners around the world to print and ship for me. This ensures that your prints will arrive more quickly, and often times without duty or customs fees, depending on your location.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Any duty, tax, or customs fees are not the responsibility of Little Lief Creative, and remain the responsibility of the customer.
USA: Prints are shipped shipped 1-5 days post-purchase with tracking; delivery times will vary upon location. Please note we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes within the US - we do require a proper mailing address to ensure your prints arrive to you!

Where to locate your order status
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number.
You can use this number to check its status. Often times tracking numbers do not load properly for the first few days so do not panic - it is on its way!
However, if after 14 business days you still have not received your order, please contact me.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES
Printable Art (Digital Prints):
Because digital files are instantly delivered to you as a customer, I am not able to offer refunds or exchanges, as they cannot be returned.
However, I do want you to be completely satisfied with your product; if there are any issues at all, please do not hesitate to contact me.
• Downloading Errors: All of our files are high-res and ready-to-print; often if errors in downloading or printing occur, files are generally not downloaded properly. Please ensure that when downloading your file, you do not right-click on the image to save it to your computer. Be sure to click the download button next to the file to ensure the image is not compromised. That way, your file is full resolution for printing at home, or online.
• Printing Errors: If you are printing at home, please refer to my "Printing Guide". It gives detailed information on how to print at home, and gives helpful links to printers and their printing settings.
If you are uploading images to an online print shop, please refer to my "Printing Guide", for fool-proof uploads & tips.
Shipped Prints: All of my prints are made-to-order (with the exception of limited edition prints). As they are made custom for each customer, I do not allow for refunds at this time; however, if an item arrives damaged, please contact me.
I will require photo evidence, as well as your order number - often times damaged prints are the result of delivery errors. Having this evidence on hand will help in ensuring you receive a print in mint condition!
